They can earn points to categorize the Amber Cup Dog (PK).
The total cumulative points scored by the player in all two races listed in §1 determines the final place in the Amber Cup classification.
When the sum of the cumulative points of the other competitors is the same, the higher the position, the higher the weakest (point) of all the competitor’s results. If the competitors have the same weakest scores, the results are compared to the second, and so on.
The maximum number of cumulative points that can be obtained in each gear is 100: (maxPK = 100).
The number of cumulative points scored by a player in a single run is determined as follows:
The athlete completed the course:
PK = maxPK * (N + 1 – pos) / N
N – number of competitors registered in the competition
Pos – final position of the competitor in the competition (1, 2, 3, …)
But not less than:
PK = 10% * maxPK
The competitor has been disqualified or is not classified:
PK = 5% * maxPK
The competitor did not enter the competition:
PK = 0
For each run without faults, additional points are awarded depending on the training class:
A0 – 5 points
A1 – 10 points
A2 – 15 points
A3 – 20 points
In case one of the competitions mentioned in §1 does not take place, the final place in the Amber Cup classification will determine the number of gears accordingly.
Winning dog-guide pairs in categories XS, S, M, ML and L will receive the title of the 2019 Amber Cup winner.
